Instructions

At present, our dealers use separate account and password to access Sany CRM system, at the same time, they use domain account and password to access BPM and BW reporting system, which really bothers them. In order to solve this problem, SANY will make dealers’ all accounts and passwords of accessing the CRM system, BPM and BW reporting system into one--the domain account and password.

Login method

Use a browser on the PC to log in to the CRM system (Google browser is recommended)

The login address is as follows:

User: Please enter the domain/username (the domain username is the same as the currently used CRM username)

Password: Please enter the domain account password (the password here is the same as the BPM password)

Log in to the CRM system by using the latest version App in the mobile.

Reset password

The password reset function uniformly uses the group reset password entry (currently used by BPM).

On the computer, click "Reset Password" on the login interface which is as follows

After clicking the“Reset Password”, the following interface will pop up:

As shown in the figure above, the employees of the Business Unit (the account does not start with D_) should choose the Sany domain, and the dealer employees (the account starts with D_) ought to choose the Sany CRM domain. After the choosing, you need to enter your domain account and choose the verification method, and the system will automatically display the verified phone number. If the phone number is not the one you are currently using, you need to submit an application in the BPM: CRM process-Data Allocation-National account closure and password reset, the reason for the application“change the phone number” needs to be clearly stated.


If you choose the SANY CRM domain and you are prompted to confirm your account and re-enter it. You need to submit an application in the BPM: CRM process-Data Allocation-Domestic account and permission application process (new). In this process, a note also required to make that you already had a CRM account, but no BPM account or out of the validity period, thus submit this application. It is impossible to create an account through the password reset process.

After entering the verification code, click Next to enter the following page to modify the password. Please meet the following password policies, otherwise the modification will not succeed

Login problem

User login error

In a normal situation, you can log in to the CRM system after entering the domain account and password, but the following situations may also occur:

Incorrect domain account or password: Please check whether the entered username and password are correct. If you forget the password, please click "Reset Password" to change it.

If the password has been entered incorrectly for 20 consecutive times, the account will be automatically locked for 30 minutes. Please do not log in with incorrect passwords too many times.

No more than 500 account logins per day: please do not log in too frequently.

If the following screen pops up:

1、Please follow the steps 3 first, if you fail to log in for many times.

2、To verify whether the domain account works, please use the URL https://sso.sany.com.cn for verification.

3、If solutions that mentioned above cannot solve the CRM account problem, please follow the pic to submit an application.

Language

After the CRM system adopts unified identity authentication, we will cancel the language option on the new login interface. By default, the system will use the browser language as the CRM system login language. For example: if the language of the browser setting is Chinese, then the login language of CRM is Chinese.If you need to specify the use of Chinese or English to log in to the CRM system, you can use following links;
